The corner of my shop was sinking into the ground after it was build just 3 years ago. I talk with Mark about what I could do to correct this problem. He explain a couple of options I had and prices. I was amazed to see the price so much different from the other ones I got. Wonderful! Mark and his crew installed a sump pump, crock and piping in our basement. They were on time, Worked hard until the job was done, answered all questions, explained everything in full and cleaned their work area. Everything works great and quiet! Very happy I made the decision I did by having Mark and his crew take care of my ‘forever wet’ basement….he explained things for me and answered my questions….they left the basement 100% better than it was before they came here….great job guys!!! Sections of a cove waterproofing system that was installed 40 years ago had been broken. Mark quickly identified what the system was an gave me a WEB URl where I could order the parts. Really appreciated the help. David Kanistanaux

Patrick came a 2nd time to explain to my son and husband. He had been a worker prior to become their salesman. He thoroughly explained what needed to happen on their part and ours. The owner Mark and his crew, came and worked very well as a team for the two scheduled days. Patrick returned the following day to be sure all our questions were answered. I had Trace come out to look at repairs for a corner of my foundation..(center block)..the repairs were considered minor. He said he would send a crew out and do repairs. Trace made a few suggestion on how I could do repairs and save a couple of bucks. I did the repairs as followed . With Trace and this company, why would I go anywhere else for my foundation needs ? Trace is one of the most kind, helpful gentleman that my boyfriend & I have ever encountered. He gave us an estimate & informed us on what he could do, but was also sure to explain to us an efficient, affordable DIY way as well. Being that we’re a young couple, looking to sell the current house that we live in, and the fact that we have an open house TWO DAYS AWAY, we more than appreciate him and his direction. Mark, Trace and the crew are wonderful, professional and caring. They waterproofed my basement and did a great job. I now can put carpet in my basement and be confident the basement will be dry.

I am so impressed with this company both Mark Foldenauer and Pat. When I contacted Mark in regards to an inspection on a potential home we were going to buy. Mark stated Romulus was out of their area but he would try to find someone that would be willing to help us out. Mark put us in touch with Pat with Pat who took a long drive to help prevent us from buying a house with many foundation issues and then fit us in a second time to inspect another home. He even gave my husband some advice on how to fix a small issue. Pat was amazing and honest and even though they were just inspecting they gave us great customer service and professional expertise.

Don LeBlanc did an great job. He called before arriving, was polite, Covid19 compliant and cleaned up his work area after the job was completed. I would call him again if a leak occurs in another area.

The guys at Ark Foundation are amazing. I called because water was beginning to seep into the basement. Patrick was quick to come and knew exactly what needed to be done. I was also shown a couple options so that I could decide how much I felt comfortable spending. I scheduled an appointment but was able to get it done sooner because they reached out to me when an earlier appointment became available. The crew that came were fantastic. The were very polite, professional and communicated with us throughout the process. When the job was complete they made sure everything was clean! I could not have asked for a better experience
